Hello Again, Welcome Back To My Blog!
Thank you for clicking on today’s post! I know that a while ago I made my first written blog post, but now that my website is officially published and I have some viewers coming to my site, I wanted to address exactly what you can expect out of each of my blog posts, in my effort in making the most interesting and informative fitness blog you can find online. I am confident that I will be able to use this platform to educate and inspire individuals to take positive steps towards their fitness goals. This blog will help document my live moving forward, but more importantly it will provide you guys with practical knowledge that you can apply to improve your lives in a variety of different areas.
So… What Topics Are You Going To Discuss?
My biggest passion in life is health and fitness, and nowadays, helping as many people as I can on this planet reach build a sustainable exercise program and nutritional regimen that they can happily follow! You can expect that the majority of content I make on this blog will center around fitness topics such as proper nutrition, various weightlifting training principles, dietary supplementation, and lifestyle factors that surround each of these areas. There are literally thousands of different topics that I could cover on here that I’m confident can help provide real-value to everyone who reads this. As you may have seen on the front of my page, my mission statement is to provide men and women across the world with practical, evidenced-based approaches that can be implemented into any busy schedule. I full-heartedly believe that anyone who is willing to adopt preparation, accountability, and consistency, is fully capable and reaching their personal health and fitness goals.
But I also want this blog to document other areas of my life that are important and interesting to me. Over the past year or so, I’ve done a lot of self-reflection and thought about the things that provide me with the most value in my life, and not everything is solely related to fitness. My health and well-being is the cornerstone of what I practice, but health is much more than weightlifting and physical strength in the gym. Health to me is about being happy, finding love with your friends/family, and pursuing other interests that refresh your mind and provide value to others. If I can help others build a successful life in all of the different key areas, then I can say I’ve lived a life well-spent.
Thinking about what I spend my time doing, I think I could discuss a lot of cool topics people would find value in. For example, I’m just now starting my own Online Coaching business. “Is it scary?” Yes. “Is there a lot of stuff you need to learn to become successful at it?” Absolutely, and every day I’m trying something new to move my business forward and help as many people as I can. Documenting what I learn along the way of this journey, I believe, would be incredibly useful in helping someone pursue their passion and help as many people as I can. Whether you’re starting a business, blog, or just looking to build some valuable skills online, I am hopeful I can create content that will help you improve on your interests.
And I also want to experiment talking about interests I pursue in the rest of my free-time, that have largely become passions of mine throughout the past year. Traveling, especially to different countries, has become one of my biggest long-term goals throughout my life. I left the United States for the first time in January, studied abroad in England this past semester, traveled to 7 more countries, and it was undoubtedly the coolest experience of my life. There’s so much I could dive into just based on my experience, so I’ll be sure to discuss that in more detail. Along the way of this experience, I started reading a wide variety of books related to business, success, and personal development, and today I practice the habit of reading every single day. I would love to talk to you guys about the value I gain from each of these books, each of which are some of the most powerful and best-selling non-fiction books throughout the past century. And finally, I have to admit, I am a very big fantasy and science-fiction nerd! I love Marvel, Star Wars, Game of Thrones, and the Harry Potter Series. I know… not exactly related to fitness or helping others, but if you guys would like to hear my thoughts on individual topics related to these famous series, let me know and I’ll gladly construct more posts!

There’s so much valuable content to create for you guys, that the possibilities are endless for the community we can build through this blog. You can expect a new post at least three days per week, especially now that I’m in the process of building my business and presence on various social media platforms.
