Still wondering about something?
Ask me directly

Who is coaching for?

Adults who want more direction with nutrition, strength training, or body composition. It’s especially suited to people who already train consistently but feel their progress doesn’t reflect their effort.

Can I work on nutrition only?

Yes. Nutrition coaching is a standalone service. You can keep your current training routine while we focus on your nutrition targets, consistency, and progress.

Do I need to track calories?

Nutrition coaching includes calorie and macronutrient guidance. We’ll discuss what tracking involves and whether that approach suits you before you commit. The goal is useful feedback and repeatable habits.

Do I need to be an experienced lifter?

You don’t need to be advanced. Coaching is a particularly good fit if you already exercise regularly and want more structure. If you’re newer, we can discuss your starting point and whether I’m the right coach for you.

What happens after I inquire?

You can select a free 30-minute online consultation through Calendly, or email me first. We’ll talk about your goals, routine, and coaching options. More detailed prep and onboarding follow at the appropriate stage.

How often will we communicate?

Ongoing coaching includes weekly check-in review and feedback, plus messaging support on business days. We’ll confirm the communication platform and expectations during onboarding.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Recurring coaching has an initial minimum of three billing cycles. We’ll review the exact price, billing schedule, and cancellation terms before you sign up. Your consultation is free and carries no obligation.

Do you offer in-person coaching?

Online coaching is the main offering. In-person personal training in the Boca Raton area may also be available, depending on your location, goals, and scheduling. Email me to discuss local options.

Is nutrition coaching medical care?

No. I provide nutrition education and coaching for general wellness, performance, and body composition. I’m not a registered dietitian, and I don’t provide medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

Let’s talk through
