This page explains the information involved when you visit this website or contact Jack Quint Fitness LLC about coaching.
Visiting This Website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical information to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to understand page visits and website performance. It is not used here to record completed consultations or clients.
The site does not include advertising pixels, embedded scheduling widgets, or a contact-form database. Its own code does not set cookies or store your information in your browser. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its handling of data.
Campaign Links
Some links include campaign labels, such as Instagram or a Google Business Profile post. The website passes a limited set of these labels between its pages and into the Calendly booking link so Jack can understand which activities lead to consultations. Untagged website bookings are labeled as website referrals. The site does not put your name, email address, or health information into these labels, and does not save them in browser storage.
Contacting Jack
If you email Jack, your email address, message, and information you choose to include are used to respond and discuss coaching. Please share general goals in an initial inquiry, keeping detailed medical history and other sensitive information for the appropriate private process.
Booking A Consultation
Booking links take you to Calendly, which handles booking information under its own privacy notice. Jack receives the details needed to arrange and prepare for your call, including available campaign labels. You can email Jack instead.
Coaching Information
If you choose to become a client, screening, service terms, payments, and coaching tools are addressed separately during onboarding. This website does not collect health-screening responses or payments.
Questions Or Requests
To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, email jackquintfitness@gmail.com. Jack will review your request, including any recordkeeping obligations that apply.

Publications, podcast platforms, social profiles, and Calendly have their own privacy practices. They receive information when you choose to visit them. This website does not embed their media or forms.
